Sales/Branch Manager Position:

RPH Irrigation is a trusted Reinke Pivot Dealer proudly serving Southern Alberta’s agricultural community. We specialize in irrigation systems and equipment providing reliable products and dedicated service to local farmers. Our Taber branch has a position open and we are looking for a motivated, personable and professional individual to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a sales representative to lead sales efforts for Reinke pivots and support branch management duties at our Taber location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long term relationships with farmers and takes pride in representing a well respected brand. While this role includes branch management responsibilities, the primary focus will be sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assess field conditions and design system layouts, including

pipe placement, electrical service, and water supply

connections

– Promote and sell Reinke Irrigation Pivots and related

products

– Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers

and agricultural clients

– Travel throughout the region to meet customers and oversee

pivot deliveries and ensure proper setup

– Represent RPH Irrigation professionally in the community to

help grow the Taber branch’s presence

– Coordinate with installation crews and the main office to

ensure smooth project completion

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales

and service follow ups

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in sales, preferably within agriculture,

equipment, or irrigation industries.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Self motivated and able to work independently

– Professional, organized, and customer focused attitude

– Valid Drivers License

– Basic mechanical or agricultural knowledge is an asset
