Hours are flexible – 2 to 3 days per week will be spent meeting the advertising needs of these communities. The right candidate will receive an hourly wage and vehicle allowance.

● Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
● Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
● Must have basic computer skills.

The PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for managing a variety of agricultural support programs including; disease and pest detection programs, On-Farm Food Safety, Environment Farm Plan, IPM and sustainability. This team member is responsible for managing the PGA Research Program by collaborating with industry and government in determining specific potato research projects. Part of the job is to gather and understand the most current technical information in the industry; the other part is to make sure the PGA
members are kept updated and informed.
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in either Plant Science or Business Administration Management.
• A passion for learning and farm production extension is required.
• Must have above average interpersonal, written communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to access and gather technical agricultural information is essential.
• Experience with potato production is an asset.
• Travel to out of province and out of country potato events is required.
• This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
• This position is based out of Taber, Alberta.
We will consider junior candidates who can learn and grow into this job.
Compensation will commensurate with experience.

We are currently seeking a CAO to head our organization.
This position reports to the Board of Directors of the Willow Creek Foundation and is responsible for the overall operation of the Foundation in accordance with the objectives, plans, programs, and policies approved by the Board of Directors. You will oversee 26 Senior self contained units in Fort Macleod and Granum as well as the current construction of our new 40 unit Lodge located in the community of Fort Macleod. This project has a projected completion date of December 2017 at which time the CAO will manage the day to day operations of the new 40 unit lodge.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Business Administration Diploma/Degree with a focus on Accounting
Previous Management experience (preferably in a not for profit setting)
Strong organizational & analytical skills
Budgeting and/or Forecasting Experience
Experience in Sage 50 (accounting software)
would be an asset
Experience in Property management or Social Housing
would be an asset
Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
A willingness to learn and grow with the organization
A passion for working with seniors
